The press tour for The Devil Wears Prada 2 has been a celebration of fashion in the most Hollywood way. At each premiere, the film’s main stars, Anne Hathaway, Meryl Streep, and Emily Blunt, have each dressed the part of the leading lady—as every one of them is, in a different way—with each of their red-carpet looks made to steal the spotlight. And while their ensembles today were just as fabulous as ever, the trio looked entirely in sync—like their outfits were made to be worn side-by-side. They even matched in glossy black sunglasses.
The style theme: “Florals, for spring? Groundbreaking.”

In a nod to Miranda Priestly’s famous line, Streep (who returns as the icy, respected magazine boss for the sequel) showed up to a photocall in London this afternoon in a stunning ivory jacket adorned with a bright red rosette. The abstract embellishment was absolutely covered in sequins, and sat one one shoulder, enveloping one side of Streep’s neck in pure drama. A black lace ribbon print adorned the jacket, and to go with the detail, the actor wore black trousers and pumps.

Blunt also leaned into florals—Emily Charlton has always craved Miranda’s respect, after all. The actor paired a black turtleneck top with a billowing midi skirt that was made of colorful fabric petals in purple, red, and black, creating the illusion of a flower bouquet. For a throwback to the early aughts, she also slipped on a pair of strappy red Valentino Rockstuds, and popped on some large gold hoops.
Hathaway’s ensemble looked right at home next to Streep’s and Blunt’s, but it was more celestial than floral. She wore a black velvet coatdress dotted with pearls and crystals that looked like shining stars.
